At Enchanted Herbal, we take pride in the quality of our herbal products. Due to the nature of our items — especially consumables such as dried herbs and subscription boxes — all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at enchantedherbalcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
To process a replacement or refund, we may ask you to:

If approved, we’ll either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no extra charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

3. Subscription Boxes
All subscription box sales are final. If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
